Dave Aronheim listed and sold our home in Oakton, VA. What impressed me most about Dave was the amount of effort and work he put in prior to listing our house so that when we listed it, everything was packaged together in a way that was complete and made a great first impression to potential home  buyers. Everything from creating floorplans, photos, brochures, website, etc. were done with meticulous care and professional quality. Also, the first open house that we did was extremely well marketed and Dave went the extra mile with signs, banners, and flyers to make sure we maximized exposure.

Our primary reason for choosing Dave as our listing agent was his marketing program. In particular, the color brochure of the property was packed with useful information in anticipation of questions from potential buyers. His graduated sales commission schedule was also very attractive. Dave has  many great relationship within the realtor community which facilitates sales. He is easy to work with and has a great personality. We had a contract two days after the property was listed.

Dave was instrumental in helping us sell our home in a tough real estate market heading into the holiday season. We trusted his expertise and strategies and were very happy with the final contract. He is extremely hard working and worked multiple open houses and prepped the house before every showing, even checking on the house between showings to make sure everything was perfect. First time home buying can be a scary but exciting time in your life. The first step is surrounding yourself with a great team and Dave Aronheim was the captain of our team! Dave walked us through the whole process and calmed our fears, mainly mine. We hit the ground running checking out houses  right away. Dave was willing to pick us up and drive around going from open house to open house. His knowledge and experience guiding us along the way. Dave was always positive and willing to "see 100 houses if we needed." Once we found our dream home, Dave was quick to act and we put in an offer. After living in a townhome for 7 years, we were looking to upgrade to a single family house in Chantilly or Oakton. We wanted a realtor who:

  1. Would be patient as we determined what was best for our family.
  2. Already understood the nuances of neighborhoods i.e. traffic  patterns, convenience of everyday living, water conditions etc. and could explain it to us.
  3. Added value beyond opening doors to for sale homes or finding a house to look at on the internet. We wanted someone who knew who to call to change carpets, paint walls, reliable moving companies, a handyman etc.

My wife and I looked at almost 40 homes and now have found a wonderful house at a great price. Dave had a relationship with the seller's realtor and he helped us convince the seller and their realtor that our offer was best for them. We were so impressed with Dave that we asked him to work on selling our townhome. He helped us prepare the townhome for sale and we sold the townhome in less than 2 weeks after it was listed at our target selling price.
